The Environmental Protection Reform Bill and related Bills have been released, and were passed through the House of Representatives on Thursday. Labor used its big majority in the lower house to pass the Bills, rejecting all but one of the many proposed amendments.
As legal and environmental experts unpack the recently released Bills (1,500 pages of the seven pieces of legislation) their warnings are becoming increasingly alarming.
