Welcome to the Sydney Knitting Nannas and Friends!
We are a group of older women and friends who want to use the time we have to save the land, air and water for the kiddies! We recognise we are in a climate emergency and that there’s very limited time left to protect life on earth by cutting greenhouse gas emissions.
You might have seen us in our trademark yellow at rallies and protests; knitting and chatting with people outside pollies offices, at the top of Martin Place outside parliament, or outside a court standing up for the right to protest.
