Something different this week: giving Japanese corporations some friendly advice. They can do so much better than investing in Woodside’s Browse offshore gas project. Do they know that the project could wreck the pristine Scott Reef and the thousands of species it protects? And that the massive climate pollution would undermine their net zero plans?
Ask them to quit Browse and invest in renewable energy and battery storage instead. Good for marine biodiversity, profits and the climate.
Our friends at Market Forces have done the research and drafted a message for us to use.
