It’s time to stand together for Climate Action!
Nannas are looking forward to seeing you and thousands more at Sydney Town Hall next Saturday, 24 October at 1pm.
We know what will protect us from global warming and the extreme weather it is bringing to us and the planet. Real climate action means phasing out coal and gas as quickly as possible – and making the transition from fossil fuels a top priority.
But that’s not what’s happening – our federal, state and territory governments are expanding gas and coal.
Australia will co-host the COP31 global climate conference next month. Our leaders will talk up the development of renewables while hiding our massive fossil fuel exports and carbon offset scams.
So on Saturday we need a show of strength from people who’ve woken up and want to talk about what we can do together.
In the meantime check out the rally organisers – Sydney Students for Climate – and their speakers list. https://www.facebook.com/

Please invite your friends and make a placard if you can.
Look out for the Nannas and come and say g’day!
