The Minns government wants to further restrict protest rights in NSW. The opposition LNP MPs are expected to agree, so we need to speak up for the democratic right to peaceful protest.
We are not the only ones concerned about the proposed laws – leaders of faith communities, human rights groups and Lord Mayor Clover Moore have all spoken out. At the very least the bills need a thorough review.
