This week we can fill in a survey to advise the Council on the Ageing (COTA) about climate change and people over 50. It is COTA’s role to represent Seniors’ interests – so they need to know more about our experiences and what we think should be done about climate change.
They define climate change as “the warming of the globe due to human activity (mainly the burning of coal, oil and gas) and the ways scientists say it is changing the climate, including more floods, severe storms, droughts, bushfires and heatwaves.”
The survey takes about 10 minutes, and you aren’t asked for contact information.
