Nannas new banner steps out

Sydney Nannas have a new banner which has been travelling around the city to events and getting lots of attention.

It’s first outing was to Dave Sharma’s electoral office in Wentworth where they joined ARRCC (Australian Religious Response to Climate Change) and other groups for a vigil.

Yesterday the banner was displayed at the School Strike 4 Climate at Kirribilli House.

The banner made by Nanna Elizabeth has felt letters stitched on fabric. The air holes are crocheted so that the wind doesn’t blow the sign and Nannas over.
