If you’ve been feeling a bit overwhelmed by the climate and lack of political action, the Knitting Nannas is a great community to learn, protest, and connect with other movements around the country!
Governments are still approving coal and gas mines, despite scientific advice that says coal and gas should stay in the ground to ensure a safe climate and a healthy environment. Our movement against fossil fuels needs to grow, to show politicians that it’s in their interest to listen to the science and support policies necessary to protect our planet for future generations, not just short-term corporate gains.
